Industry Scholars Program – Terms of Use
Welcome to the Industry Scholars Program by Viewpoint. The following Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Industry Scholars Program (the “Program”). Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Program, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Program.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Company respects the privacy of its Program users. Please refer to the Company’s Privacy Policy (found here) which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. When you access or use the Program, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Program is a scholarship opportunity aimed at pre-approved students with a proven track record in their respective industries. The Program offers either discounted or free tuition, dependent on student adherence to specific conditions.
PROGRAM CONDITIONS
Scholars are required to maintain a minimum 75% course attendance and achieve grades equivalent to the gold standard as set by Viewpoint. The Scholars must fulfill all financial obligations as per the stipulated schedule unless their tuition is fully covered by the scholarship.
USE RESTRICTIONS
Your permission to use the Program is conditioned upon the following Use Restrictions and Conduct Restrictions: You agree that you will not under any circumstances:
- Disregard the attendance and performance requirements set by the Program
- Default on payment schedule where applicable
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for understanding and agreeing to these terms before accessing or using the Program.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
We can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. Your continued use of the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
