Introduction

Welcome to the Viewpoint Academy Active Recruitment Referral Program (“Program”). These terms and conditions are designed to guide your active efforts to bring in students who are a good fit for Viewpoint Academy’s courses. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating.

Acceptance of Terms

By actively participating in the Program, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

• The Program is open to existing and past students of Viewpoint Academy (“Referrer”).
• Employees, affiliates, vendors, or other parties closely related to Viewpoint Academy are not eligible. (They may be eligible for other similar programs under different terms and conditions)

Nature of Referral

A “Referral” under this Program specifically means active recruitment efforts undertaken by the Referrer to enroll new students (“Referee”) in courses at Viewpoint Academy who are considered a good fit and would genuinely benefit from the program.

How to Participate

To participate, the Referrer must use the referral link or code provided by Viewpoint Representative, to refer a new student (“Referee”).

Referral Reward

• Referrers will receive a Referral Commission for each successful active recruitment effort. The Referral Commission will be the lesser of $350 or 5% of the Referee’s completed payment for the course.
• A successful referral is one where the Referee enrolls and completes the payment process for a course at Viewpoint Academy.
• A “completed payment” from the Referee is defined as the full payment for the course without any pending dues, chargebacks, or refunds.

Payment Terms

• The Referral Commission will be sent by check to the Referrer’s registered mailing address within 14 days of the Referee’s completed payment.
• For those with outstanding balances, the Referral Commission may be applied towards the debt, subject to Viewpoint Academy’s discretion.

Restrictions and Limitations

• Referrers may not refer themselves.
• Spamming or use of unsolicited emails for recruitment is prohibited.
• Making false claims about Viewpoint Academy or its programs in the recruitment process is strictly forbidden.
• Referral Commissions will not be awarded if the Referee has previously contacted a Viewpoint Academy representative about the specific program to which they are being referred. This ensures that the Referral Commission is granted only for the introduction of genuinely new leads.
• Viewpoint Academy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referees and may withhold Commissions based on its verification process.
• Referrals cannot be applied retroactively and must be made using the proper channels (i.e., using the referral link or code) at the time of the Referee’s enrollment.

Discretionary Rights

While Viewpoint Academy may, at its sole discretion, choose to waive or forgive any of the limitations or restrictions set forth in these Terms, such action does not entitle the Referrer to claim a Referral Commission unless all other Terms are fully met. Waiver of any limitations is a one-time courtesy and does not constitute a waiver of any future limitations or restrictions.

Data Privacy

Any data collected during this Program will be processed in accordance with Viewpoint Academy’s Privacy Policy.

Termination and Modification

Viewpoint Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program at any time, with or without notice.

Conflict Resolution

Any disputes related to this Program will be resolved solely at Viewpoint Academy’s discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
