REFUND POLICY
We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Viewpoint Services, Inc. (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.
Offers
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Physical Products
Most devices are fulfilled by third-party suppliers; therefore, we cannot refund or exchange items if you have buyer’s remorse or provide an incorrect shipping address. If an unclaimed shipment is returned to our third-party fulfillment center, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. For any claims of damaged/defective items or packages lost in transit, please submit them directly to our customer service department, as detailed in the Customer Service section, within 30 days.
If you receive a device that is damaged or defective, please contact our our customer service department, as detailed in the Customer Service section, within 30 days. If our customer service team determines that your device is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in fact damaged or defective, we will issue you a full refund (less shipping and handling). If you are not completely satisfied with a device that is in good condition, you may return it in new condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). “New condition” means the device must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original accessories included. “Proof of purchase” means the original order confirmation email or packing slip included with the shipment.
Digital Products
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds once a download/digital access has been assigned. If you encounter issues accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately, as detailed in the Customer Service section.

Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
Course registration
By registering for a course, you, as the student and/or any named sponsor, commission Viewpoint Services Inc to facilitate the course and agree to take full responsibility for paying the total order amount due from the time of registration for the course. You have the option to attend the course, but will not be credited if you do not participate. In case a payment plan was granted, you are responsible for the full amount due from the point of registration.
All purchases, including any deposit made for courses, are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If you are unable to attend to the course for any reason, you may request a 100% credit at our online store, which can be used for any future course. We may approve or reject such a request. The credit is generally valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment
Payment plans may be agreed upon, and if no installment plan is set, the full balance must be paid in advance, on or before 7 days prior to the course scheduled starting date. If an installment plan is agreed upon, payments must be made on or before the applicable dates. Regardless of Installment plan Interest charges will accrue on remaining balance of the order after 7 days prior to the course scheduled starting date. Additionally, any open (unpaid) invoice is also subject to interest or other fees starting of the invoice due date. If no interest rate is agreed upon, the default rate is 4% monthly.
If your account becomes delinquent, you will be responsible for any additional collection fees, including but not limited to legal fees, and interest on top of unpaid interest.
You agree to sign a Heter Iska if required by Halachic Jewish law to avoid any issues related to Ribbis.
If any payments are not received, Viewpoint Services Inc. has right to void the purchase, and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Viewpoint Services Inc and will not be refunded. Access and rights to any purchases or platform will be removed.
Class schedule
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel class schedules as necessary. We will attempt to notify participants of any changes through email or other communication methods. If we are unable to reach participants directly, they should refer to the events portal for the most current event updates. We do not assume responsibility for errors that may occur in event scheduling.
Ejection and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the venue’s rules or policies. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you, a refund for any such purchase, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.
Disciplinary Actions
If a participant engages in disorderly conduct or violates our terms and policies as detailed in our Code of Student Conduct Policy, we reserve the right to suspend services, remove the individual from the event or premises, and bar them from all current and future services. Despite these actions, the individual remains responsible for the full payment of any services or products previously agreed upon. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity and safety of our environment for all clients and staff.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event you violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue.
In the event your ejection from a venue results in the loss of a Third-Party’s ticket, you shall be liable for all costs, expenses and losses associated with such Third-Party loss.
Achievement
You acknowledge that the success of this course heavily relies on your participation, engagement with the material, adherence to program guidelines, and your initiative to conduct additional research on related topics. Success in your training is contingent upon personal factors such as your capabilities, dedication, and the degree of your engagement. While we are committed to providing exceptional training and support, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your education. You accept full responsibility for your results and agree to diligently follow all provided instructions and fully engage in the learning process.
Job Placement
We do not offer employment nor do we guarantee that completion of any course will lead to a job. Promises of employment as a result of course completion are not only unattainable but also misleading. However, as a courtesy, we offer support services to help our students gain exposure to potential job opportunities. These services include posting available jobs on our job bulletin board, fostering a community where job opportunities can be shared, and partnering with job recruiting agencies. These efforts are intended to assist our students in their job search but should not be construed as a guarantee or obligatory of employment.
Publicity Release; Information Sharing.
By attending any Event, you hereby irrevocably grant to Viewpoint Services Inc, affiliates, designees, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to film and otherwise record you and use your name, image and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with future Viewpoint Services Inc events and/or other events produced by Viewpoint Services Inc or any of Viewpoint Services Inc’s affiliates and hereby release Viewpoint Services Inc and each of the respective designees, successors, assigns, licensees and affiliates from any liability with respect thereto.
Visitor confidentially
By visiting the Viewpoint services facility or hosted event, you may be exposed to secret information such as trade secrets, business practices. This includes any products or services that could be considered proprietary information. This also includes the identity and personal details of any staff, vendors, teachers, students, volunteers, or patrons, all information about anyone who seeks or has received the services of, and must be kept confidential. You understand that this information is NOT to be shared with anyone including any private or public institutions. You will maintain the vendors and confidentiality of those people you meet at the establishment, and through digital communication brought by its services. You understand that your confidentiality obligation is ongoing and it does not end upon termination of your relationship with this establishment.
Visitor Non-recruitment
You will not, on behalf of yourself or any other Person or Entity, act or assist others to solicit, induce, persuade, or encourage, or attempt to solicit, induce, persuade, or encourage any individual employed by the Company to leave the company.
You will not act or assist to recruit, offer, screen or refer candidates that may result in employment of any student or trainee of Viewpoint Services. Whether or not such employment is a full-time or temporary or contractor without prior written consent or recruitment contract with Viewpoint Services.
Viewpoint Academy Training Access
If you purchased the option to gain access to the training platform for the it will be granted for amount of time set forth. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately, as detailed in the Customer Service section so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a Viewpoint Academy training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
Non disclosure
You may not disclose content of this course including (but not limited) material, curriculum, recordings, and any other intellectual property close the to anyone. Course recording may not be downloaded without written consent.
Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify this Policy without prior notice; however, the date of any effective changes shall be reflected at the top of this page and upon request we will provide you with information regarding any changes made.
